* Of all nationwide redeemers, the first 250 to RSVP for the En Vivo performance with Bresh, on Saturday, October 1st in Miami, Fl via the ticketing link that will be sent over email to the NFT redeemers at 3PM ET on Friday, September 30th will receive a free ticket. On the evening of the event, ticket holders who arrive between 9p-10:30p at Oasis Wynwood (21+), will be granted free access + VIP experience for the night.

- Availability:
- Billboard x Intel Evo - Latin Music Week (“LMW”) collectibles (“ILMW Collectible(s)”) are available during LMW which will be from____ September 26, 2022 until 9 AM ET on October 3, 2022.
- An unlimited number of ILMW Collectible(s) will be available for mint during the Latin Music Week event.
- ILMW Collectibles will be provided free of charge to redeeming users (“Collectors”).
- A link will be provided via QR code on-site at LMW and via Billboard’s social media channels.
- Only one (1) ILMW Collectible is redeemable per Collector.
- The edition # of each ILMW Collectible will be provided to Collectors in ascending order on a first come first served basis.
- Benefits:
- All Collectors will have a chance to claim a free ticket granting VIP access to a concert in Miami, FL (the “VIP Access Benefit”)
- Successful claimants will receive the VIP Access Benefit, consisting of access to the VIP section of an exclusive free concert event (the “Concert”) during LMW, on-site at 2335 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33127, on October 1, 2022 at 9 pm ET. ONLY CONCERT ENTRY and VIP SECTION ACCESS IS PROVIDED. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS OR AIR AND/OR GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE CONCERT ARE NOT PROVIDED. VIP Access Benefit offer void where prohibited. VIP Access Benefit offer available only to individuals twenty-one (21) and older. Limit one VIP Access pass per person.
- Delivery of Benefits:
- Collectors will be emailed a link at 3pm ET September 30, 2022 to claim the free VIP access ticket.
- Only the first two hundred and fifty (250) Collectors to successfully claim a ticket will be entitled to the VIP Access Benefit.
- Once claimed, tickets are not able to be sold on the secondary market and must be redeemed by the original redeemer.
- No consolation will be provided to those Collectors who claim a ticket and cannot attend the live Concert at 2335 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33127 occurring October 1, 2022 at 9 pm ET.
- If you cannot personally attend the Concert, do not claim a ticket.
- Wallet Transfers & Ownership:
- All Collectors’ accounts will be tied to a corresponding wallet created by Billboard ChartStars. Assets originating on Billboard ChartStars will not be withdrawable to third party wallets, at this time. Use of the Billboard ChartStars Marketplace to redeem an ILMW Collectible assumes acceptance of the Billboard ChartStars terms of service as well as PMC’s and Unblocked’s privacy policies.
